Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to your cart, and complete checkout using one of our secure payment methods.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

Shipping

Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery across Hong Kong typically taking 5–8 business days after dispatch. Most customers receive their parcels within 6–10 business days from order confirmation.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Hong Kong, with no minimum purchase required.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and accessories included.

Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: Yes. For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns of personalised items, tailor-sized products, underwear, socks, or any product marked “Final Sale” on its product page.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at hello@farbeg.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is defective or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label (PDF) and step-by-step instructions.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds are always issued back to your original payment method in HKD.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for eligible items. You can request a different size, colour, or style of equal value. Contact hello@farbeg.com to reserve your replacement.
